FENSA Certificate Queries
FENSA is an independent, government-authorised scheme that ensures compliance with building regulations for replacement windows and doors in England and Wales. While we register your installation, FENSA issues the certificate directly and does not share a copy with us.
You can request a replacement certificate via https://www.fensa.org.uk using their address search tool. A small fee applies. Alternatively, contact FENSA directly on 0207 645 3700.
FENSA certification only applies to windows and doors. Conservatories are not covered under this scheme.

Duplicate Paper Orders

Selling Your Property
